A Culinary Journey from Farm to Table with Skybury Farms

Embarking on a Chef meets Farmer adventure, we delved into the heart of agriculture with an exclusive private farm tour in collaboration with Skybury farms. The focus was on promoting the use of local produce, fostering a connection between chefs and farmers.
During the tour, we explored the basics of cultivating the beautiful produce that graces our tables. Farmers, the unsung heroes, shared their wealth of knowledge. As chefs, I took the opportunity to create and share an array of recipes featuring the versatile papaya, aiming to inspire more people to embrace local products and unleash their culinary creativity.
The mission is to pave the way for great taste while fostering community support and championing locally grown produce. By supporting local farmers, we not only indulge in the richness of Australian produce but also strengthen the bonds within our community.
