Ashleigh Otto, a dynamic and dedicated pastry professional, hails from the vibrant tropical surroundings of Cairns in North Queensland, Australia. Raised in a family where the kitchen was a hub of creativity and baking.

As Ashleigh navigated her school years, her love for cooking deepened, propelling her into a remarkable pastry career at the tender age of sixteen. Fueled by passion and a drive for excellence, she swiftly made her mark in the culinary world.

Ashleigh’s culinary talent has garnered recognition in various local and national competitions, earning her multiple gold medals with nestle golden chefs hat and other national recognised associations. Her journey reached a pinnacle when she joined the Culinary Youth Team, proudly representing Australia at the esteemed Food Hotel Asia competition in Singapore.

With a blend of experience, passion, and a string of accolades, Ashleigh Otto continues to leave an indelible mark on the world of pastry, showcasing her talent on both national and international platforms.
