Everyday is a new day to learn, create and serve.

From a young age Ashleigh was always involved in the kitchen with the family creating and baking. Ashleigh discovered her true passion for cooking throughout her schooling years, and progressed quickly into a pastry kitchen from which she began her career at age sixteen.From then her passion and drive continued to grow; competing in local and national competitions to then joining the Culinary Youth Team to compete in the Food Hotel Asia in Singapore representing Australia.
